@Tictac No one here can do anything related to your account, Sky won't change a number on the back of a community post from an unlinked account.
You will need to call Sky on 150 from a Sky Mobile to discuss this. Unless your son is receiving threatening calls Sky won't change the number.
Your only option may be to cancel the sim and order a new sim with a different number.

If you have had this sim and have been paying for it for 12 months or more then you will have to call Sky on 150 to ask them to cancel it and to order a new one that will have a different number attached to it.
