Two new phones, one eSIM, linked wrong sim to wrong phone
I ordered 2 phones, for myself and my partner. Unfortunately linked wrong sim to wrong phone, now I can't use my new phone - please help

Hi @Sheila+521 have you tried deleting the esim and then installing it in the correct phone ?

I think we've messed up both phones, I tried to activate the wrong sim to my phone and now my partner's phone will not set up
