Moving home

I've tried for days on the app to arrange my move to a new address, it keeps saying get in touch when I have it's been automated, I was told I would receive a text to arrange my move, I never received anything, it's the same every time

@Ian07  Sky Mobile doesn't have Home Move service as you simply call Sky to udate your address details

 

A Home Move is only required for Broadband & TV (Sky Q)

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
