Credit Agreement Link not working!

I tried to take out a new phone contract online and got as far as making the initial payment when it said there was a technical error. I tried multiple times and it didn't work. I called and had to go through the full process on the phone, was on for over 40 mins. Received email to sign credit agreement and it just takes me to the home page. No agreement loads. 
I called back and unfortunately got a very rude and unhelpful agent who continued to talk over me and tell me I took out this contract in a retail store, I assured her it was all done on a phone call however she continued to sign and speak over me then hung up on me when it turned 9pm. 
Feeling frustrated as this is the 2nd credit search and the link still isn't working. Has anyone had similar issue where the agent has put through incorrectly as a retail order and how did you resolve? I don't want to go through the process and credit check for a 3rd time as well as wasted time for what should be a simple process.
