Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has any answers before I call up.
I am moving to Australia in 2 weeks time - for the forseeable. I have 1.5 years left on my phone contract and wondered what my options are.
Can I continue to pay my mobile phone in Australia and just buy a sim out there (just so I can keep the handset)
Or do I have to consider paying it off/handing the handset back and getting a new one out there?
Any advice is welcome, thank you!

If you have had the plan more than 12 months you can cancel it. All phones from sky are unlocked and can be used with any sim so you can use an Australian one.

thank you so much for that - in terms of cancelling it - do you mean hand the phone back to them or paying the lump sum for the rest of the phone?
