Hello!
back in January I paid off the remainder of my phone contract (£234) - naturally it went on as credit and is taking the money each month from the credit which makes perfect sense.
yesterday I received a text from sky stating the following:
"Hello. Your Sky Mobile refund of £136.50 has now been processed. To check your bill, go to sky.com/mysky"
I don't know if this is a real text or not? I previously had 2 messages back in January (around the time I paid the phone off) with the same thing and can't remember if I received any refund.
Is this a real message? I don't know, I've also checked my bill and it says what I'd expect it to say so I'm a bit confused?
