I had some back payments and paid them and was told by the employee on sky chat that my account would be reinstated, but it wasnt. so i hopped on the chat again, the next employee was not helpful at all, pretty much told me to restart my phone and if that doesn't work then come back to chat and left the chat. i had already tried all of this and it hasn't worked.
Now the sky chat is unavailable and i cant make phone calls becuase my phone has not been reinstated so i have to come here.
My phone will only allow me to make emergency calls, and i cant use data, texts or minutes. My accounts are settled. Please can someone help me reinstate me account?

Hi! Balance was paid around a week ago and i set up a recurring payment with the employee on the live chat so should all be in order.

How many payments did you miss? If your payment is 14+ days late you have to pay the next months bill as well and more importantly if you're in arrears for 56+ days Sky do sometimes cancel your subscription.

It shows estimated total for my bill due august 25th. Somebody suggested they may need to issue a replacement sim if it's not working, so i will hop back on chat when it's available to me again and see what they can do.
