I have an iPad on my account paid off and need it removed as I can't order a new one says I have to many devices

You will need to call Sky on 150 to order.  Devices cannot be removed unless they are returned to Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If the iPad has been paid off then it doesn't count as an active device on your account so if you are having issues with ordering another one then call Sky on 150 for help.
