It’s showing wrong postal code format

I’m ur customer, u helped us by providing sky broadband and new sky sim to me and my friend

 

We recieved new sim via post last week…. My friend activated her sim and it’s working for her. But I’m trying since few days to activate and while activating it’s asking for my postal code and when I put my correct postcode it’s showing wrong format I can’t proceed further… I tried several times…. Even with customer service can u help with that

Sorry @Lishma but as we are customers here you will either have to call Sky or contact them by sending them a message via one of their social media channels and there are links at the bottom of this page that you can use to do this.
