I was told last week the charges whilst abroad would be waived and I have been charged for them. Is it that it was too late to stop this your end?  Thank you

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

We obviously don't know what charges you were challenging or what Sky said. Have you checked your future bills to see if a credit has been applied?

You are only talking to other Sky customers here and no matter what you were told I doubt very much Sky would waive overseas charges but if this is what you were told then put in a complaint giving the date and time you spoke to someone at Sky so if needs be someone can listen to what was said to you:
