Do I need to contact SKY when I finish the cobtrac agreement to pay a phone?

Hi @Mia74 not the phone, but if you have a sim contract too then that continues until you call sky to cancel it or port the number to a different network.

No. When your final payment is made then the phone is yours.
If you have a dataplan then that continues until you take action.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
