Hay,

I'm due an upgrade & I just want to know do you get to keep the same plan & number?
just want to upgrade handset really & keep the rest. 🙂

Yes, i've changed my phone a few times and always keep the same plan and number

I'ts just a case of using the same sim you have now

When it aks if you want a sim and data plan when you order the new phone ....... you just click no ... or not needed

Your plan is yours to keep whichever phone you put the sim in
