Trying to upgrade my phone but saying techinal error on last page I've been trying for months

Give Sky a call (dial 150 from your current Sky mobile) and providing you're eligible for a swap the agent can start the process for you.

I've got the same issue it's not letting me get an accessory, or pay off an existing accessory?
