Misleading low data messages
My daughter keeps getting notified that she's low on data, but when I look she has a lot left - eg she just received a text message saying "you're almost out" but had over 4GB left when I checked the app.
Which one is correct?

Hi @Julian+Gold I would go with app. Bear in mind if she is abroad there will be a delay in the app showing used data.

She isn't abroad, though she was for a year (returned July last year). She lives in London.

I'm sure she has but is her device set to home ?
Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.

I tried this and got the rsame result as her:
(Primary) Roaming
Automatic
> Sky Settings
Partner settings
Can't see "Home" 😞

As long as it is on automatic it should be fine. No idea why these messages about the data are coming through so do they still come through after the data resets which is on the billing date ?

There doesn't seem to be a pattern to it! She does use a fair bit of data and occasionally she has been low, but often there seems no correlation with the amount the app reports.
