Mobile upgrade

I've been told (by Sky) I can upgrade a damaged mobile with no cost penalty. Seems to good to be.......

What are you planning on doing with this damaged phone, if you are planning on keeping it then you can order a new one (credit checks permitting). 

If you are going to do this via the swap then the damage will probably mean the value Sky says it is worth is reduced meaning you would have more to be paid off which has to be done in one go via a future bill.

Hi @David343  if you are wanting to swap your phone as part of an upgrade then the trade in value is definitely reduced if it's damaged. Whatever value you are given is taken off what you still owe and the difference is then added to your next bill to be paid in one go.
