Ive just upgraded but choose the trade in option  to get money off bill,  

looking around i can get more money trading my old phones with other websites. Is there a way ican not trade in my phones with sky?
When i recieve phones trade in boxes,shall i just ignore or what should i do?

Yes, you can trade in elsewhere and clear the balance.

To do this you'll have to call Sky and stop the expected swap return.
