Hi,
I currently have a sky mobile contract which has been fine. I want to convert it from a SIM to an E-SIM which I presumed would be simple enough.
If I try and do it online, when it attempts to send me a confirmation text message it just says "send failed" in red. I phoned up, finally got put through to the "mobile technical team". He tried to send me a text message with a code which never arrived and then an email with a code which never arrived (told me it was a problem with my email and I should contact my provider. I am my own provider as it's my own email server and I sure as hell never received anything - I watched the console and nothing arrived.
He then put me through to the Sky TV techinical team?? Obviously they couldn't help so transferred me back. I then spoke to a helpful chap who successfully sent me an email with a code on it and I relayed this to him. He then said he needed to send a text with another security code, I just did not receive anything (I receive texts from other people with no problem). This was 42 minutes into my call and he just could not help me at all.
Is there anyone here who can help me? I've put my mobile phone number in my profile.

I guess I've reached the end of the line with Sky, I just have such a simple request and yet I have spent over two hours on the phone and cannot seem to get any help from them at all and can't even get any help here.
