Mobile swap

Sent old phone back for swap on 22/7. PO code FC568475975GB. According to PO website received by Sky on 24/7. Still have not had credit from you

Processing time is much longer than a few days.  I believe around 3-4 weeks is not unusual.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

That is correct until processed.  The extra you are paying is reducing your balance and is not lost.
