Mobile section changes and rolling data issues

I see the choices in the app have changed. There is no straight option to roll data and now when I have to do a few steps to find it, it keeps telling me there is an error. I have 3 sims on my account that allaccess the data and I dont have the time to ring sky everytime my kids need data. Is there a known issue? I see there are,quite a few historic questions regarding the same issue. Many thanks.

Hi @Mrsmrsmrs  my sims are not showing in the my sky app so looks like sky having and issue.
