Adding accessory to basket

Hi, 

 

I have been trying to add a Magic Keyboard to my basket since yesterday. The 'add to basket' option is greyed out so I thought it may be out of stock, but then I would assume it would state it's out of stock. I have checked other accessories to see if I have the same problem, which I do. 

Is there a current technical issue with adding items to basket? I am only having this issue with accessories, not devices. There are no issues with my account and no reason why I would not be able to add an accessory. 

I have also enquired as to whether you can buy accessories on their own, without a device and it was confirmed you can, so that's not the problem either. 

Please could someone help?

@Megan1524 Assuming you are already a Sky mobile customer then you shouldn't have an issue buying accessories, that being said seeing as you are having issues it may require a call to customer so they can place the order for you.

If you are not a Sky mobile customer then that would explain the issue as only active Sky mobile customers can buy accessories.
