Mobile purchases

I am trying to pay off a device from the app (sky mobile) but the link doesn't work? How do I progress this as I am at my maximum of 5 devices and I need another (big family).

Hi @Nicholas+Baker  if you pay it online it can take a while to clear and allow extra phones to be ordered. If you call sky on 150 they should be able to take payment and help place any new order.

when calling be very specific and clear as to what the payment is for , ie a device and not towards the monthly data plans if those are also with sky
