Mobile phone

I rang yourselves a few weeks ago regarding my mobile phone which was the 12 Pro at the time. I told you that telphone calls were being dropped and signal was very poor. The person I spoke to said there was a possible problem with my phone so I upgraded. I didn't want to at the time but because I have a lot of hospital phone calls I took the plunge and upgraded. Now my new phone is still having the same problems can you please help

We’re customers on here. This is predominantly a customer helps customer based forum and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services. Did you keep the same SIM card? Have you tried a replacement sim?

Both my wife and I have had  both call and internet problems with our sky sims for the last couple of days.

We often find calls ending without connecting or not ringing at all.

OR we have no signal ....including mobile internet.

How can we phone customer services if our phones don't work?

This is not acceptable service.

I have exactly the same problems, also I have people rining me and it say's my phone number doesn't excist.

My wife and I are having the same problem over the last 5weeks , but getting no joy out of Sky. The signal is very weak when making a call the signal drops out and you loose the caller. We have no problems over the last 5years.

What do you mean in that you're getting no joy from Sky? 

Incidently Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts if it is a local mast issue.

Have done all the things on that link but still no joy, even had new sims, even  though my old one was  only four months old my wifes is only a month old. The new sims still don't work even took screen shots and sent them to Sky  no joy yet.

Presumably that is less than the Sky mobile coverage checker suggests.

what I said no joy from Sky, I have had 7 so called experts contact me about the problem and they all asked the same questions. But its no better

a lot less, I can go less than half a mile from my house and get 5G, on the same road less than 100 yards down the road no signal at all?, I have been told its my house that is the problem and should gp outside to make a phone call? I have lived in the same house for over 30years with no network problems, been with Sky six years without a problem. until the last 6 weeks
