Discussion topic: Sky Mobile - Original SIM number coming through after pac code used

We got a new sim and mobile and transferred our old number using the pac code but sometimes the original, pre-pac code number of the sky sim is shown when making calls or texts. It's an iphone 13 - could it be a setting somewhere? We're sure we went through the right flow of activating the SIM and using the pac code and it's not every user so it's really odd.

Any ideas anyone?

Hi @LOwen19 have a look in settings, phone, my number and if it's not the correct number there change it then exit and restart the phone. It can take a few attempts to save.
