Mobile phone repair

One of my mobile phones iPhone 15 pro max was sent for repair on 15/04/2025, it was safely delivered (according to the tracking) on 24/04/2025. 

Since then there have been numerous phone calls, being sent round in circles, talking to advisors and needing to repeat everything despite giving a reference number, which in theory should have all the details about this case!!

 

So, the mobile phone is now missing, I don’t know if it’s been repaired, presumably not!!

 

Took a call from Amy (much to our surprise, she did actually call and it was after 14.00) however, that is where the good news ends as Amy refused to discuss the issue with my wife. Amy stated she could only discuss this matter with the account holder, despite the fact my wife has permission to discuss the account, she has the password and could answer all security questions. Also, it has been my wife who has had all conversations with the advisors therefore, knows the issue more than I do.

My wife was less than impressed at being informed she could not discuss this matter but, she arranged with Amy to call back and speak with me after 18:00!!

But surprise, surprise, no phone call from Amy as promised!! Yet again unsatisfactory customer service.

 

i am left with no phone for which I am still paying for, and nobody willing to help.
