New phone and plan cancelled with no reason given and now credit but cant use it.

I ordered new phone and sim on bill pay and it was cancelled by sky. From talking to staff on the phone there was no consistency on why. One said I'd check, another it was a stock issue. A supervisor said there was no reason I should have been refused. I even made a new account at the help and suggestion of a sky employee in a physical shop. Multiple orders all cancelled. now it says I've credit on my account that will be on my bill but I cant order anything without it cancelling. It's nearly half the value of the phone it says. Any help or suggestions?

It might be that you are failing the credit checks as really Sky should be able to say if this is the case but not why as they can not view your financial records. As you have discovered ordering it multiple times is not going to help.

 

You will have to speak again to Sky so they can refund the credit for you.
