Mobile phone query

My contract is 5gb data monthly. But I'm only allowed a limit if 2gb on my phone. How can I change it to get the 5gb I pay for?

If you've recently (within this billing period) changed your data plan to 5GB, you will have received a pro rata amount of data and the 5GB will kick in at the start of your next billing period.
