I spoke to sky letting them know I could not pay my mobile bill but now they have restricted it so much I cannot even contact them my phone is my lifeline as I'm on my own with numerous health problems and if anything happens to me I cannot get any help

Find out moreIf a bill is t paid then services are restricted until it has been so to have it restored you will need to pay the outstanding bill in full and setup your monthly payment again. After doing that you will have to wait until the payment has been cleared by the banks.
