Replacement SIM Card

I have been waiting almost SIX weeks for a replacement SIM Card. I have called twice to request the replacement card/s. During this time I have not been able to make or receive calls, or tests.ithin six days. Neither card has been delivered.     A work colleague had the same issue with he and his wife's SKY SIM cards. They were without service for over one month. They have now switched to EE.                                                    I complained on-line, only to be informed SKY has to call me, or I have to call them, as replacement SIM cards cannot be requested via  email.

Today I called a third time, and had a slightly more helpful operative. He mentioned an investigation would have to be carried out as to why I had not received the replacement card/s. However should I not receive the SIM within the specified six days, I will also switch to another service provider. The service from SKY mobile is simply not acceptable.

I called the SKY Customer Service Centre a third time on Tuesday, and the person with whom I spoke was far more helpful. He advised an investigation would be carried out as to why I had to wait more than five weeks,a en had stil not received the SIM cards.

He promised to arrange a SIM to be sent out with priority, although he could not guarantee it would be delivered within a day or two. However, the following day, a SIM card was delivered, and the phone is now working properly.

It's great to hear that your issue was finally resolved! It can be so frustrating dealing with delays like that, but it's always a relief when someone at customer service steps up and helps get things sorted. Sounds like the person you spoke to really made an effort to fix things, even though they couldn't guarantee the super-fast delivery. Glad it worked out in the end!

Same for me ordered two new sims a month ago nothing turned up asked for them to be resent again nothing turned up...

asked to speak to a manager who rang when I was at work left a voicemail to ring her back Laura was here name rang back couldn't be connected 7 attempts later same thing it's almost comical how bad skys customer service is and yes I'm a new customer who they should be tried to impress bye sky you're crap
