My phone with yourselves is pointless it does not work u less im connected to WiFi j pay a bill every month for unlimited calls texts and data that doesn't work no one can call my phone as it either doesn't come through or they can't hear me due to no signal anywhere and my data doesn't work anywhere either its terrible

Hi @lindabirch62  have a look here but be aware some customers are reporting that the service checker isn't working properly.
