Incorrect number dialled from 0800 number

I try and dial a 0800 number and it won't work says incorrect number 

im not sure how to correct this as its a correct number

I presume you're in the UK?

 

An alternative would be to use a geographic number instead of- see here: https://www.saynoto0870.com

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
