Im still paying for a phone case after almost 2 years of my contract. On my bill it won't allow me to access how much money is owed to this phone case like it tells me how much I owe for my handset.
What happens when you try to view either your Sky bill or your credit agreement?

I've sorted it, can't believe I'm still paying for a phone case that had broken within a few months of purchase. Won't let me request a replacement online either.
