Address change

So my account is still linked to my old address - why can't I change this myself online? 

from reading posts here I believe I need to call a number? 

why so many hoops just for something so simple? There are people in the world who cannot speak...

@grant356  You need to call as that is what Sky have deemed their processes.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@grant356 Sky require you to contact them to change address, its just the way they have set things up.

If you are unable to call then it may be worth registering with the accessability team, they have different methods for contact including live chat/messaging https://skyaccessibility.sky/
