How do you resume a chat with a Sky agent

I was on a chat earlier and want to pick it up again. Does anyone know how (given that the online chat is so hard to find in the first place because of the [Removed] virtual assistant pushing you all over the place)

I did, but couldn't find any way to get back. Sky's online customer support is infuriating, although I eventually got the resolution I wanted after hours wading through online processes.
