Why am I still being charged for an iPhone 14 when it's been paid for.

Hi @Henry29 no one here can answer that without seeing your contract. If you signed up for swap 24 then that's a 36 month contract. Look in your account/my sky app to see what payments are left.

Are you being charged for the phone or the sim, if the phone when did you make your last payment ?

I paid the last payment for my phone contract last month September my contract also says it's paid.
