Mobile order

I ordered the Samsung s26 on Monday within the time frame of next day delivery it said it was in stock and it's now Thursday night and still stuck on processing- coming soon. Has anyone experienced this?

As customers we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

(Next day delivery can’t really be guaranteed although the website might suggest that quick a turnover is possible).

That's false advertising If it says in stock and next day delivery. No email to update or anything
