Mobile order cancelled but still being billed

I cancelled my order and returned the unopened device via the cancellation form. Sky confirmed receipt of the device, however the cancellation ofr the device and data contract are not updated in my app account. The billing shows that a debit is scheduled in the next 4 days , and the device order is not showing returned . Is this purely a delay in the admin process or do I need to contact Sky, if so dies anyone have the Sky Mobile department tel number ?

Hi @WMC1  it takes 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed and if the return was done after the bill was produced then that's why you are being billed. Any overpayment should be returned once your return is processed.

When did you contact Sky to cancel as billing does start as soon as the device has been received.
