Sky sim change

Hi I'm getting calls supposedly from sky that I will need to change my sim as sky is changing frequency. Is it just me or is this for everyone.

There is no such change and frequency doesn't come into it. Disregard these calls and block the number.

Hi @ths58a  this will be a scam, they are trying to get account information from you so they can order devices on your account. As advised block and ignore.

Most definitely a scam call as the only reason you would need a new sim

is if yours is faulty or if youbezmted to cancel it so another can be ordered with a new number.
