Have you had it for 12 months?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you have had the number for 12 months or more then call Sky to cancel it and order you another sim that will come with a different number. If you have it less than 12 months then you will have to let them know why you want to change it as they might not let you cancel it.
