Mobile number issue

My iPhone still showing temporary number after completing switch to sky mobile.

my phone works perfectly but still has the temporary number on my iPhone !!

I have deleted this several times and put my correct number in and saved powered off as instructed several times but TEMPORARY NUMBER KEEPS RETURNING !!!  Help PLEASE  driving me nuts

Did you use a pac code to transfer your number from your previous network to Sky and if so have Sky told you that the number has transferred ?

Yes I did have a pac number and transferred it over !   The phone works perfectly it's just in settings on my iPhone it has the temporary number

Give this a go if you haven't already:


Refresh  the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.  Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
