i ordered 16 pro on 29th October
and paid £66 upfront as well
and still waiting for response about my delivery

The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into stock levels or the timescales.

Hello
my sky app is not registered properly I forget the details so that's why account Is not set up properly so I can't track my order
after paying upfront I received letter by post(order confirmation letter)
but after that's there is no text,mail or letter for device
