Mobile no longer working abroad US

When I arrived my phone was fine, I bought a US sim and was using dual sim for 3 weeks.  For the past 3 days my Sky sim keeps "refresh sim data" 

 

I have tried following all the help ie APN settings which does give me some signal however the sim card is no longer registering my number. When you go into sim management it just says Sim 1, Sky, Unknown number.  Any ideas what I can try next?

Hi @ErikaW  as there is now a 25Gig fair useage roaming limit for each billing period could you have reached that cap ?
