Replacement eSIM
Having issues getting a replacement sim as no longer have access to that phone so can't receive codes, phoned up last week(yes have had this issue for a few weeks!!) and still not resolved, I can't replace eSIM or activate or even get through the extra security as I don't have the security code

If you phoned Sky up about this did they not suggest sending yoh a replacement physical sim to use on your new phone,as you can then convert it to an eSIM if needs be.

Hi yes they can but this phone I'm using the sim tray is broke so I can't use a physical sim and didn't get any other answer

Hi @Chrisful1 when other customers have had this issue they have had to get a physical sim then convert that to an esim. If you have access to emails then sky may be able to email you the esim activation code. If not then you will have to look into getting a replacement sim tray ?

Phoned yesterday again, I've decided just to cancel sims contract and go else where as it's a nightmare trying to fix. Kept getting transferred as they thought they could do it and would get to the end for a error message to keep happening, due to certain issues I need phone number that is contactable at all times so this is the only thing I can do as I don't fancy getting hung up again after a few hours of trying to get it sorted
