Mobile never works

Absolutely sick of my mobile not working. I have no signal or data where I live or where I work. I've been told they don't cover you for business use it's for personal use only. I've had my phone for a year and it's got worse and worse.

from my home address is actually states "this is area may get busy which means it could work slower"!

The only time I can use my phone is if I'm connected to someone's internet.
