Mobile keep getting declined been with u for years

Hi not happy I have been with sky for a couple years still they won't give me a mobile

@Cathpaul123  Your tenure with Sky for other services has nothing to do with applying for credit for a mobile device, what is relevant is both your credit history and your credit file.

 

If you fail a credit check no company that provides a credit facility can override and ignore it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you have failed the credit check then this will be something you need to look into yourself. You could sign up on a free months trial at somewhere like Experian which will give you access to your credit record. If you do this remember to cancel before the free month finishes.

Will check as I can't understand I already have phone contract already needed extra one for my business also I have a mortgage so don't understand thanks all for info will check it out

@Cathpaul123  For business use you need to get a business mobile, Sky only provide service for domestic/personal use.

You can choose to use a Sky mobile for business purposes, but be aware that Sky won't provide a VAT invoice for business tax accounting (which generates regular complaints in the Account & Billing forum)
