So I can make a phone call but my internet is still down. 

 

Whats App is not connecting, social media wont update, internet browser not loading.

I agree with Anty556. I had no end of issues with Sky as soon as I could I left Sky and went to O2 and all the issues I was having stopped. Sky kept blaming my phone or sim funny I didn't change my phone or my sim when I went with O2 yet the problems stopped.

No mobile data connection

When trying to access mobile internet it will not open any browsing yet my other sky number im having to hotspot to get a connection

went for my morning run, around 3 different masts and no data. Made my run very boring with nothing to stream!

Still mo data once wifi off. Now heading to work and data doesnt work. Been like this for 14 hours now.  Come on sky

We have 5 sky sims and no 4G since yesterday morning. No response from sky, service becomiing a joke

We have no 4G service for 5 Sky sims since yesterday. No landline number so cannot even call sky for help. Really disappointed that we have not received any message or email

Mines been like it on and off for 7 days now , praying I get my telephone consultation today that I've been waiting for for months !!!!

Ive been struggling with the issue too whoch is so hard as my husband is in ICU in hull and no way of finding out anything also issues with hardly any reception and friends on other networks do have signal 🤷‍♀️ cmon sky get it sorted very dissapointed customer

@Bethc24 Short answer for me is No. I've requested Sky resends the network settings but it is unable to do so at this time. Seems you can't  get anything done before 8:30am.
