Thank you so much for your continued discussions on this thread regarding recent issues with Sky mobile services. As advised over the weekend, we have kept this thread open for discussion and to monitor and from what we have seen the network is now stable.
Anyone still experiencing issues I'd like you to go to Sky Mobiles Service status and check your local area for any mast issues which may be ongoing just now as this would give the impression that a wider issue is still happening.
If your local masts are appearing fine, you also have our full Sky Mobile help pages to solve any further issues with data, calls or texts here.
I am going to lock this thread down moving forward however should the above not solve your issues then please do reach back out on to community and share 🙂

Hello, I have the same issue. If someone calls me it says the number is invalid? First call that failed for me was 15:39 and every call since. Could have been an issue earlier today but I've not had any earlier call attempts.

I'm having the same problem. Called someone this morning and now can't make or receive calls.

Yep that's it , it's been doing it on and off for days now and I'm waiting for hospital telephone appointments. Not on !! Can't phone anyone to ask as all our phones are sky phones. So frustrating x

I'm having the same issues as most in the community. I can't make or recieve calls at all. I keep getting a message saying i have dialled an invalid number.

Having the same issue over the last few days. If I restart my phone it seems to clear the issue temporarily but happens again. My husband has cancer so it's really important that I have a working phone.

I have the same issue it's really starting to drive me up the wall and I live In Wiltshire and in a few days I'm going away and I have no way of keeping in touch with anyone if this carry on and I can't call sky for help

Exactly
so frustrating that if you have phone problems you can't get in touch. Ridiculous as they're one of the biggest companies in the world x

I tried to use virtual assistant and lost 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back going round and round in circles. In the end was taken to guidance which said.....Switch it off and back on again. I have been able to make and receive test calls, but as someone else already tried this only for it to fail shortly after, I have little to no confidence in the 'fix'. Sky should at very least have some service message etc

Same issue here in London this evening an ongoing intermittent issue this week. Sky, please fix this and/or publish information about the problem!
