No 4g or 5g and now Internet down

This is a joke, no Internet no phone working, can't ring out, Time to change provider

Signal and data showing as 5g but still not internet through mobile data. Tried all the troubleshooting methods suggested. Very frustrating.

So frustrating again. 29 calls to the emergency vets to make an appointment. In the end I had to drive around to make the phone call. 
This keeps happening and 2 G of data for a family of 4 is not acceptable. 200G might just about cover the frustrating afternoon.

Still not able to make or receive calls!, come on SKY FIX IT!! Two days now!!! And NO I DONT WANT DATA AS COMPENSATION!!!

This has been happening for months on and, calls cut off and bad signal or not connecting at all

Still not working and no reply from sky. Only a text message saying they will respond in 48 hours.

I lost my signal at 5pm today whilst I was buying a car and needed to phone the insurance company to activate the quote I'd got with my insurance company before I left to look at the car.  I'd travelled  an hour to look at it with my brother, I asked to use his phone and low and behold his wasn't working either as he uses sky mobile neither was the sellers. I found a local Morrisons and hooked up to their WiFi network  to call my mum via WhatsApp so she could make the call to activate the insurance quote over the phone, to find out she wasn't able to make normal calls as she is a sky mobile customer also,  saw a pay phone and it had been decommissioned 😡 I had to get my brother to drive an hour back to my house to use my house phone to call the insurance company and then go back again another hours journey  to collect the vehicle, it only went back on about half an hour ago. It's not good enough, this also happened to me on Easter Sunday when the network dropped out on me whilst I was broken down and trying to stay in contact with the recovery vehicle (hence the need for another vehicle)  these recent experiences make me want to change network for my own safety. Imagine people unable to phone a recovery vehicle today. Unacceptable

Noone answer call more than an hour wait still couldn't get through. This is so frustrating. No data to connect to internet for 2.5 days now. Not resolved!

2 days with bearly any signal or data. When will this get resolved @Sky?

Despite Sky's claim that the earlier issues have been resolved I still have no data, no internet or messages, despite my phone saying I have a full signal and 4G. I desperately need my phone functional because I have work Friday and on Saturday I have to fly with my wheelchair-bound mother. Please don't be think all issues are sorted because they are not!!

Only just come across this thread. I'm having sane problems, phone cut off mid-call approx 4.45pm and cannot make/receive calls or text since. Followed all AI usual instructions (turn on/off, take sim out etc) and nothing working. Mum just out of hospital yesterday & I NEED my phone!!!! I see a msg from Sky earlier saying all resolved, not mine  I'm new to Sky mobile & I will cancel if this is type of service we can expect-not happy having read others out of service for days! 😡

it's awful isn't it how they think they can just provide extra data or a day free data for these issues. They provide  piggy bank and I have over 100gb data so a day free will be useless to me.

I recently had to get a new phone as I thought it was my phone playing up. Everyone I contacted said it must be your phone! I tried to upgrade with sky for a new phone and they declined it!! Customer for 6 years and all contract paid for phone plus sky tv.  I then purchased the iPhone 15 and put my sky SIM card in as a sim only and continue to have the same problem! Wasted money on a new phone that wasn't necessary. They say my network in my area is fine but cannot ring without the phone changing to 2g which I thought got decomissioned! Plus they no longer offer 5g in the area as EE took the mass over because their customers couldn't connect. Seems I cannot go with any network as they are all committing with each other and no care for the customer that pays the bill. I live in a main town centre, it's not acceptable.

Having problems too. I can ring out but I can't browse the internet Facebook etc

Chloe - why has there not been any update since? This is unacceptable and I hope sky don't think they can just give free data for a day for compensation.
