4/5 days now of no data.. Not really good enough Sky Mobile. What's going on? I see the note saying the network is now stable but why can I not connect. Not good at all. Really considering another network now after being a loyal customer.

Yes tried that aswell, literally tried as much as I've found online and nothing has worked as yet, poor from sky

Hello all,

 

Thank you so much for your continued discussions on this thread regarding recent issues with Sky mobile services.  As advised over the weekend, we have kept this thread open for discussion and to monitor and from what we have seen the network is now stable.  

 

Anyone still experiencing issues I'd like you to go to Sky Mobiles Service status and check your local area for any mast issues which may be ongoing just now as this would give the impression that a wider issue is still happening.  

 

If your local masts are appearing fine, you also have our full Sky Mobile help pages to solve any further issues with data, calls or texts here.

 

I am going to lock this thread down moving forward however should the above not solve your issues then please do reach back out on to community and share 🙂
