It is nothing to do with a fault that you mention of, I've had it for such a long time, I still don't have internet when out and about

Yes - my daughter still isn't getting internet via data... we're so fed up with this whole thing.

When I dial another Sky mobile number I receive a message: 'Sorry, you have dialed an incorrect number'.
The number I have dailed is correct and my spouse has the same issue when dialing my number as if they do not exists anymore.

Everything except VoLTE seem to be back for me. WiFi calls are ok when I have WiFi, so weird that VoLTE doesn't come up too.

Network is still down
15 Apr 2024 01:10 PM
Since Thursday Evening I have had no 4G network coverage. I have logged as an issue three times with the sky service and recieved text messages informing me:
- Network is now stable, no issues
- there is no issue with the mast in my area..
This is getting crazy how long this is without the services. Is there any concept of timeframe for this to be resolved? Work in a school in lots of different classrooms (old PCs) so is typically quicker to do it on my phone but this is not currently possible.

Thanks John, I had a notification saying it had been resolved and the network was stable which led me to believe they were no longer doing anything about thw issue and yet looking on here people are still having issues

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSome people have previously had success in disabling their network settings, rebooting their devices then after a few minutes enable the network settings again. It is worth a try if you are yet to do this.
