I am still facing the issues and I have got a health problem and disabilities and rely on the phone 24hr you are saying issues been solved but still the issues they plus are you not reimburse us for the loss of service

I had issues couldn't make or receive calls then it got fixed except no Internet. So on Friday Morning I finally managed to have the whole thing working . So here's what I did .
I switched the phone off , waited 5 mins took out the sim , gave it a clean and then placed the sim back in . Waited a further 5 min then switched on So far so good 👍

And here's another thing with our so called sky mobile . So I had the option of upgrading so I paid off my existing contract and device only to then be told I didn't pass the credit checks and whatvthey did then was offer me another contract at a lower price again got declined in the meantime searches were carried out affecting my credit score .
I decided to speak with 02 and they laughed said why would Sky carry out credit checks on an existing customer and if I couldn't afford how is it I managed to pay off an existing contract and device . Its as if they carried out credit checks on a new customer . Which is understandable but existing ones and ones that have paid off a contract early . Really? I've now got a shiny new phone and contract with 02 . Sky needs to get real

0815 14/4/24 woke up to find my mobile SIM card is not working despite SKY stating all is now fixed. I'm not after a few quid I'm after a reliable provider

I still have no Mobile data service ! So clearly the issue is not resolved...

5th day with no data. 3 of the family are on Sky and the other 2 have it no issue. This is ridiculous now

Have same issue. 4 sims, 3 are fine, mine has no data so internet, iMessage etc not working.
Got a PAC from them yesterday and they agreed to waive the early redemption penalty.

After days of disruption and no service last week, my daughters mobile once again is not allowing her to use her data.
There has been precious little accessible updates throughout and it's been incredibly difficult.
